How to inoculate your bag?Updated a year ago

Please be careful when handling the sterilized needle on your syringe. 

Steps 

1. Attach the sterile needle to your syringe. 

2. Flame sterilize your syringe needle and allow it to cool.

3. Insert your syringe needle into the injection port and inject at least 10 CCs of genetics into one spot only.

4. Pull the needle out of the injection port and place the safety cap back on the syringe needle.

5. Dispose of the needle in the designated receptacle.

6. Either cover the injection port with clean micropore tape or place the alcohol pad back on the injection port until the injection port self-heals. 

If a single syringe will be used for multiple injections. Make sure to re-sterilize the syringe needle with a lighter first and allow it to cool before moving on to the next injection. 

After, place the bag in the designated clean area.
